Dates: October 29th, November 5th & 7th

Time: Thursdays 7:00-8:30 pm, Saturday 9:00am-12:00pm (EST)

Please plan on utilizing your camera and audio on your computer (preferable) or phone. Thursdays are virtual and the Saturday class will take place in Bethlehem, NY

This class will cover the basics of labor and birth, comfort measures, breastfeeding, and early newborn/mother care. Discussion and questions are encouraged.
